Hi-Tech Optical can offer you a customized Safety Eyeglass Eligibility System (SEES). We have designed SEES to streamline the process of acquiring prescription safety eyewear. We have tried to reduce the time and involvement each Site Coordinator must spend in the acquisition of safety glasses, while maintaining maximum control and flexibility within the program.
Below is an example of how easy our eyewear safety program will be for you and your employees.
Instructions
Hi-Tech Optical will provide a letter with instructions that you can distribute to your employees. Instructions will include:
- Details on how to determine eligibility
- Frame selection options and pricing
- How to get a prescription
- How to place an order
Employee Eligibility
Employees can determine their eligibility for a new pair of safety glasses by visiting a direct URL to the Hi-Tech Optical websites or by phone.
Via Internet (steps)
- Go to www.hi-techoptical.com/yourcompanyname
- Enter Employee ID number
- You will either receive an eligibility status or a later date when you are eligibility
Via Phone
- Call the phone number and follow the prompts
- You will either receive an eligibility status or a later date when you are eligible.
Emergency Situation
If an employee has broken their glasses and is not eligible under the regular program rules, you can contact the SEES system via web or phone and override the system to make the employee eligible. This is accomplished by using an override code that's available to Site Coordinators only.
