Whether it’s coming in for an eye exam, solder for a broken frame or to pick out a new pair of glasses, the opticians at Hi-Tech Optical, Inc. are eager to assist patients with their eye care needs.
Hi-Tech Optical was voted No. 1 in the Saginaw News Best of the Best Readers’ Choice Awards for Best Eyewear Shop. This was Hi-Tech’s second time receiving the first place honor (first time was 2008).
“Customer service is our number one priority,” said Marshall Brown, General Manager. “Our opticians listen to our patients and truly help determine the best eye care solution for them. They do not work on commission,” he added.
Hi-Tech is a full service optical manufacturer, specializing in prescription safety glasses. “Hi-Tech is very unique. We are a Veteran Owned, Locally Owned Company. We manufacture everything right here in our on-site optical laboratory. We have a doctor of optometry on staff to do eye examinations as well as contact lens examinations. We have over 1,500 frames on display including safety, children’s, designer, etc. We do grind downs, solders and even repair our competitor’s glasses! I truly believe in this company and know why our patients do too,” Brown said.
Being named First Place Best of the Best means a great deal to Hi-Tech Optical. “It means that our patients appreciate the service we provide,” Brown said. “We will continue to provide excellent service and continue to be the premier eye wear shop and manufacturer in Saginaw, Michigan.”
