November 1, 2010 – Hi-Tech Optical, Inc. is awarded a four year, $49,967.50 contract for Prescription Safety Eyewear Contract with Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) is teaming with Hi-Tech Optical to provide occupational optical goods to its employees. Metro employees are required to wear safety glasses in high hazard areas or while performing high hazard tasks.
